  • Triturated Kalium Phosphoricum
    • One of the greatest nerve remedies

  • Ginkgo Biloba
    • Cultivated in China; some planted trees at temples are believed to be over 1,500 years old. Mainly used as memory and concentration enhancer

  • Soy Protein
    • Soy protein products can be good substitutes for animal products because, unlike some other beans, soy offers a "complete" protein profile.

    Soybeans contain all the amino acids essential to human nutrition, which must be supplied in the diet because they cannot be synthesized by the human body.

    Soy protein products can replace animal-based foods--which also have complete proteins but tend to contain more fat, especially saturated fat--without requiring major adjustments elsewhere in the diet

    • Nectar itself is composed mainly of sucrose and water. Bees add enzymes that create additional chemical compounds, inverting the sucrose into fructose and glucose, and then evaporate the water so that the resulting product will resist spoiling. Dr. Ahmad Zamil Mokhtar is a holistic health activist and has been involved in this field since 1987. He is currently the CEO, managing director and consultant for Health Mastery Corporation Sdn. Bhd. and Health Mastery Consultant Sdn. Bhd. which were set up in 1997. He owns a clinic in holistic medicine in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan Malaysia.

In the area of human development, Dr. Ahmad Zamil has developed and conducted training programs among which are:

  • Mind Health for Students

  • Health Mastery Seminar

Dr. Ahmad Zamil's involvement in medical studies dated way back in 1977 as a student in Medical Faculty, El-Mansourah University, Egypt. He then furthered his studies in holistic medicine and obtained a doctorate degree in this specialty from Sussex, UK in 1987. He was actively involved in this area and was elected as secretary general and vice president for a number of associations and councils in holistic medicine both locally and abroad. For his active involvement in this specialty, he was awarded The Honorary Professorship in Holistic Medicine in 1998.
